This has been an amazing, exciting, interesting year for me, full of learning opportunities and new adventures.
Today I sat down and made a list of goals for the next year and while doing this, my thoughts wandered to this past year and I was filled with gratitude for all of you — who have cheered me on and helped me reach this far on my journey towards having my story published.
You are the best! Thank you so much each and everyone of you for your kind comments on this blog, in e-mails and in real life! I appreciate it very much.
As you know, my story is very close to my heart đ and I am excited to enter this new year when it will be published! A lot of my excitement comes from my hope that my story in some way might help someone else struggling with heart disease or some other equally mysterious or debilitating illness, as well as give heart disease some much needed spotlight. I hope to write more about this in the months to come.
So this is why I am extra grateful for every kind word, it means a lot for me personally, and helps me on my quest to raise awareness for heart disease.
